IP modem client needn't DYDNS inside -- Four-Faith

When modem gets online. firstly modem will send register packet to Server PC. Then PC will know modem’s IP and Port, if IP is changed, modem will send register packet to Server PC to tell modem’s IP and Port. So modem needn’t DYDNS. Because when IP is changed , modem will inform Server PC its IP and port
