Background

Through the IP Camera, related people are able to monitor the scene in real-time, and playback to view the video content; at the same time, the built-in image analysis technology provides functions such as movement detection, intrusion detection, etc., to push the alarm signal in time; the Internet of things interface which build-in the camera can connect the CNC machine in different places to the central management center, and upload the operation status and other data of the machine. By collecting the data, users can grasp the operation status of the equipment in real-time, find out the fault in time, and complete the equipment maintenance at the first time.
System Integration
The industrial automation remote data and image monitoring application mainly consist of 4 parts: industrial equipment, acquisition equipment, communication equipment and management cloud platform.
Industrial Equipment: mainly composed of different types of CNC machine tools, robot arms, which is used for mechanical manufacturing, sensor interaction, information processing and other functions of products.
Acquisition Equipment: mainly composed of Four-Faith network camera and NVR (network hard disk video recorder), which supplies power (PoE) and transmits data through ethernet cable.
Communication Equipment: 4G or 5G wireless modules which embedded in NVR or IP Camera Cloud Management Platform: mainly composed of servers and cloud platforms. It receives data from communication equipment, display, store, and analyze to provide managers useful information and helps them master every detail.
